You can check your message regarding your ticket by clicking on your avatar top right then drop-down menu under Messages if an Agent replied back to you.

Customer service agents do not usually monitor the community forum for tickets.
When did you submit the ticket? It can take up to 24-48 hours to respond. If more than time frame, you might want to just directly private message CS_Agent.

BTW, is there anything else that the community forum members can offer. We do not have access to your account, but often can provide troubleshooting advice that does not require CSA help.
