@Finesseyoung  Everyone on the old rewards system was switched or is being switched to the points system this month.  So from now on you will be collecting points which can be redeemed to reduce your bill or buy add-ons at a discount.  But you will need to manually log in to claim them and for bill credit you need to accumulate 15 points.

@Finesseyoung - In May 2024 Public Mobile is moving all customers to their Late January of 2022 rewards system - Public Points.

What you will get with Public Points:

• 1 Point per referral
• 5% back on every $1 you spend on your plan
• 5 welcome points as a one time thing when you enter into the dashboard.
• 10 points as a thank you annually.
• Points for helping out in the community.

What you will lose in with Public Points:

• No Loyalty reward credits
• No Autopay credits

And with Public Points you can use the points with add-ons, contests, and bill credits for 15 points and then you receive $15 in a bill credit! I shouldn't be excited about this at all. 🤔
