When I call anyone in the USA on the AT&T network they can hear me but I cannot hear them this has been going on for about a year now and I am the emergency contact for a 99 year old gentleman in Southern California and I need this resolved

oh @Tanman11 you meant you calling others
so, not just 1 number on AT&t has the problem but multiple? it is something hard to troubleshoot, could be PM problem or could be AT&T's
A quick work around is to try using VoIP app TextNow to make the calls
but also also ticket with PM and see if they can push for a Telus technician to check

Hi this problem occurs when I am in Canada and when I am in the USA AT&T are baffled by this I can call any other US subscribers and any other Canadian network works fine

@Tanman11 Do you mean you are in Canada and having problems calling people in the USA who are on AT&T, or are you roaming in the USA.

did you try T-Mobile or Verizon? now they have 3 Roaming networks to choose from in US

Go into your network settings and turn off automatic. Choose T-Mobile instead and reboot. Give that a try as that should resolve it. I find Tmobile better.
