Hey , I really need help to get my public mobile account number . I tried to open my account but I can’t find it anywhere please help me with that asap. Thanks

hi @Deepikasaini you can try using PM app and go to Account page for the account number

if you still cannot find it, ask support to give it to you

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Thanks for replying but I still need help because I tried everything also the instructions which u gave me but it still not showing anything . Please how can I talk to customer service so they can help directly

Hello @Deepikasaini 

It's super easy. Log in, then on your left side go to Profile. Then on your right side, middle box it says Account Info, Account number is right there. Click on the eye to see it.
