USA Roaming

So I am currently in the USA, Coeur D’Alene Idaho to be exact, and every time I try to make a call to Canada or the USA  I get “call failed”. I sent my son a text message and told him to try calling me from Canada and he got “call failed”. I took your suggestion and manually selected my network, rebooted the phone and still the same. Begs the question why did I get this plan if I can not make or get calls in the USA?

Thanks for your suggestions, I tried a couple of the networks and still the same thing, call failed. I really should not have to do anything with my phone settings going back and forth between Canada and the USA.

for iPhone 12, you can call using VoLTE on any of the T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon network

try to reboot the phone, then Reset All Networks

if still fails, please manually change the network and try all 3 of them and it should work

Data works, iPhone 12, yes I tried T-Mobile. I should not have to change anything on my phone going between Canada and the USA.

did you try to connect to T-Mobile network?
