I can't get into my account. I know I have the right email. I tried to reset the password but it is saying the email is wrong. I tried both my emails just incase. All I need is my referral code. I'm trying to make you more business but because your site is broken I can't. I know how bad the customer service is that is why I stay away from it by using 611 to pay my bill. This happens every time I try to use your site

Thank you all for your responses the cs agent has responded. Hopefully it will be resolved. I will do what you said and write the code down.

@Site_is_broken I remember PM sent out text messages with the referral code when this was changed from the tel. number. If you kept all your texts (didn't factory reset or something) you should be able to retrieve that message. I just looked up mine and it was from PM's shortcode # 5131.
Of course, you would still need to contact customer support to regain access to your account. BTW, make sure there's no typos when you're entering your email/username for the login.

Does your browser have add-ons and filters and privacy settings beyond normal? Can you try with a browser that is less controlled if so? Or yes incognito or clear cache and cookies. Or even a different device.

It is saying the email is wrong but I know it's right because not too long ago I got a promotion email sent to me.

If all avenues fail and you are locked out and still have an active account you can message an agent who can resolve that for you. Once you access your account, I would put the referral code in your phone notepad, if you need it again and face this issue.

Have you ever received the welcome or marketing emails from here? If not then maybe there was a typo in the address entered at activation.

Did it say "the email is wrong" or something is wrong...like email OR password??

You can also try clearing your cache and history. Use chrome or edge browser in incognito.

HI @Site_is_broken Maybe you haven't pay for long time , over 90 days , and your account closed?
Just open ticket with PM CS Agent and they will check the login for you and reset password, message them:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
