Agent said “ We’re truly sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this issue may have caused. It looks like there may have been a system glitch that resulted in the payment being charged twice.“ this happened on me. Be careful!

There are glitches with PM: double charging, missing points back, faulty payments resulting in interruption of service and convenience.
It would not hurt you to ask for a bill credit for service issues. If enough people do this, it would be an incentive for PM to fix these problems more quickly.
FYI, I got $10 for a dropped calls issue last year. However, I still have a poor signal problem in my area.
Good luck.

Thanks. Just let people know what happened on me. Keep tracking and if it happened again. I will ask the same amount. This time I will give up 💰.

haha. won't compensate for the same amount. A small $5 or $10 would be possible. But you can try and let us know 🙂

I just think if I don’t check my bank statements this is no refund. In this situation PM should compensate to me for the same amount . Am I right? Any idea on this?

was the overcharged appeared as Available funds on your My Account?
But PM acknowledged it and provided refund? or just credit? You might want to ask them for a small compensation 🙂
