Using a specific add-on

I have 3 add-ons two where from previous yearly bonus. I added a $200MB add-on this April-2025thinking I would use that before my Gig add-ons.

Can I change which add-on is used? Instead of my Gig add-ons I would like to use my 200mb which is only good fo a month.

@CellphoneuserP1 As indicated by @computergeek541 , your purchased data should be used first. Having said that, what plan are you on? If you have any data on your plan, that would be used before any add ons.

@CellphoneuserP1 Why buy a 200MB add on when you still have 2GB add ons to use?

The purchased add-on should be used before the purchased data add-on.  Also, priority to which data add-on gets used first is also to work in the customer's favor so that the add-on that expires sooner gets used first.

Normally once your regular monthly data is used up. It will draw from your bonus data then your purchased add-on.ww

You might check with a CS_Agent if they will allow you to use up your purchase data after your regular data is used up.

You may ask for a refund with the agent if it can't be.

sorry, there is really no control as to which addon to use first.  So, if your paid add-on wasn't being used first, it would be a waste of money especially with the 30 days expiry 

PM usually do not refund addon purchase, but they will usually give you back the credit if you bought addon by mistake, so check with them.
