I have been charged since June for an account that I don't have or know the number.
But has been charged to my credit card.
Can you help me find the account with my address and my card number?

Strange that you setup an account without a CC or debit for AutoPay because it is difficult to setup an account with vouchers without the help from a CS_Agent. If you create an account, you just login to your accounts online or the PM app to get your accounts number and disable Subscription tab to stop any service. After 90 days of nonpayment, your account will be closed. You CC information will be deleted once the account is closed.
BTW, you don’t need a plan if you are using it for public internet. You can connect to home wifi or public wifi on your phone but you do need a plan if you need data.

@Juliana3 I never set up any auto-payment
When you set up an account with Public Mobile the default is auto-payment unless you toggle it off. You will need to contact customer service via the link @hTideGnow gave you, which is to private message customer support.

Hi there,
I had a postpaid account with Koodo, which I cancelled in December. However, I've noticed that my credit card is still being charged by Koodo, so I initially assumed these charges were related to my cancelled Koodo account.
I called Koodo to inquire about the charges, but they couldn’t find any active account under my name or email. Instead, they informed me that the charges are associated with a Public Mobile account.
While I did purchase a Public Mobile SIM card in the past, it had no auto-payment set up, and I used it for only 20 days for internet. I don't recall the number, and I never set up any auto-payment or subscription for this SIM card.
I would like to locate the account linked to my credit card and billing address so I can cancel it and request a refund.
I would appreciate if someone could contact me to help me figure this out.

hi @Juliana3
do you ever have any service with Public Mobile or Koodo or Telus? Telus owns both Koodo and Public Mobile and sometimes it will show the different names on the credit card
and since June? it has been long time, do you know anyone in the family used your card to activate the service?
you can try to work with PM support and find out why, submit ticket by direct message:
