If having issues with your password, use the Forgot your password option to reset it, found here: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password
If the account is currently in suspended status you can also look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611, well # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC, if 611 isn't working.

But why isn't 611 working? What does it say when you call the 1-855 number?
If still issues, see the first responder's post for CSA contact methods. We are customers like you here, and have no access to your account, but CSA (public mobile reps.) do.

call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, enter your phone number and check if it cam locate your account. If do, you can try pay that way too, if you remember the 4 digits pin

@chungtin2002 Needs be *611 also you can try and call 18554public see if it can find your account if it’s been over 90 days the account no longer exists

@chungtin2002 Do you remember you PIN number to the account ? If so dial *611 if not you can get voucher and *611 and no pin needed
edit has it been more then 90 days since you had service ? If so the account and number are closed

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
