i purchased two sims on the 23 march and i have not recived them yet. can you tell me why,

these guys have the PM sim cards for about $6 and promise fast / free delivery. If you're in or near the GTA, they have a local pick-up option too.
I've purchased from them and can confirm they do ship fast. Bought sim on a Thursday ...delivered to me next Tuesday in BC.

Well, it is 4 weeks now...
Since it is sent by Canada Post reasons not to receive could be various: mail theft, invalid address, etc.
You can contact agent for replacement and see what they have to say.
To Contact CSA-agent there are 2 methods:

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private messaging might take longer.
Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been 1 full month, likely it was lost on your way you can open ticket with PM support , they will likely offer to send you another one or reimburse you the cost for you to buy in person from a Telus or Koodo store around
To open ticket:
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
