The PIN of the SIM card is 1234 (unless someone manually changed it). Another message of the phone asking for the "SIM Network unlock PIN" (which isn't in the chatbot link that @Sansan provided earlier) would also mean that the phone is locked to another carrier.

Is the phone new or used? The phone could be locked to a provider like bell. Or the previous owner has a password lock on it. What kind of phone is it?

hi @Donnnn if the sim still work on the original phone, the. it is carrier unlock code of the 2md phone you need. You need to go back and ask the carrier you got that phone from for an unlock code
