no not a new customer been with public for a few yrs now.I can send messages to anyone in my contacts but can only send pics to some but not others.I have a ulefone.I have a freind with a cat phone having the same issues

are you new subscriber ? can you send regular sms?
or it worked before and stopped working? if so, what model of phone do you have?
three are 2 different sms/mms issue going on, we need more info to advise what to do
