Hi how can I get in contact with a cs agent, I am a new customer but my activation was unsuccessful. It gave me a number from a list that was already in use.

@Omran Are you able to log in to your account? Once logged in you can choose a new number yourself. If you can't log in then you will need to contact customer service as already suggested.

From the public mobile app use the chatbot to create a ticket. Type agent or ticket.
