roaming

Public mobility has the worse roaming service in Yuma Arizona ever. If the phone connects, the calls have static and drop. I will be moving onto another carrier soon. 2 years of this crappy service and too many emails to the Private Message, Customer service to count in order to try to get this service rectified. Is public mobility trying to lose customers?

What phone are you using? If it's not VoLTE you're going to run into problems because the US doesn't have a 3G network anymore. You may have success making phone calls on Tmobile's 2G network, but that can be hit and miss.

Also ensure that your preferred network is set to 4G/LTE vs 5G, because if you automatically connect to AT&T 5G if won't work. Also make sure you have Data Roaming turned on.

If whatever network you're connected to is causing issues, try manually toggling between T-Mobile and AT&T to see what's better.

@Janvan123

the US has de-commissioned their 3G networks so for US roaming you manually select 2G network and T-Mobile.

Otherwise, it'll work best with a volte enabled phone...but sounds like yours isn't.

HI @Janvan123

it is not Public Mobile's fault, PM just using the T-Mobile and AT&T network

Are you still there? try connect to T-Mobile and change the network to 2G.  Or try connect on both T-Mobile and AT&T and have network set back to 4G and turn on VoLTE on your phone.  Test it, it might help
