In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

When I go to payment page, I can not find the Manage Subscription. Can you show me step by step?

@Lenoreyu  Your screen shot is from public mobile community you need to to public mobile “my account” 

Turn off auto subscribe use this link and log in to do it

@Lenoreyu  Permanently or temporarily?  To close the account you either port the number to another provider (remember to do it near renewal date because there's no pro-rating for unused days), or log in to your account and toggle subscribed to unsubscribed which well pause your account and then close it after 90 days of non-payment.  Edited to add, don't close the account before transferring the number if you're moving to another provider.  On successful transfer of the number (port) your PM account will automatically be closed.

just login My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription and turn of Subscribed there.

or you can also ask PM support to remove your credit card from the system

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
