I purchased a sim card on April 26 in a kiosk of Bridlewood mall, but both of us still did not get $10 credit or messages. The registration was done by the guy in the kiosk. And now he is gone and another girl there said they are non business of this. What can I do now?

@lubecca - clear browser's cache, or open a tab in incognito mode to help with finicky errors received.

Did your friend refer you? Or did you both activate? If your friend referred you have them log into their rewards account with the same login credentials as their self serve account. If they show in their refer a friend rewards either 1 point or $1 and shows the last 4 digits of your phone # then something happened to your $10 bonus credit.
If there is nothing in their friend referrals then have them copy their referral code near the bottom right of their rewards account. Copy and paste it if it contains similar numbers and letters like zero's and the capital "O" or one's and the capital "I". Then you contact customer support and ask the CSA to add the referral code to your account because the sales guy was....well...distracted by his commission let's say....and didn't add it.
Your friend will see the 1 point or $1 and the last 4 digits of your phone # show up right away in their rewards account. You will see the $10 bonus credit within 72 hours but most likely the next day.

once you raised ticket you will get credit of $10 same day .. $10 will be rewarded to you and $1/ Month to your Friend till the time you stay with public mobile

And don't feel bad for not getting the $10 one time. In fact, you have a better deal, you can $1 or 1 point every 30 days as long as your friend stay here. So, you easily early $12 or 12 points if he stays for a full year. And you get more if he stays longer

The line read "Refer a friend and earn rewards for as long as they stay with us"
and "Your friend will also receive a one time $10 credit"
Not both of you get one time $10. Just your friend get that $10

No. I referred a friend to public mobile and we all can get $10 rewards. See the post:

@lubecca , if you activated on April 26, you are on the points system. The person referring you might also be on the points system depending on when they activated their account. If they are on the old reward system, the $1 referral reward is given out at time of renewal. This was the announcement on the point system.

HI @lubecca So, you have ask the sales to enter the friend referral code?
Only the new activation will get the $10, the one who referred friend will only get $1 or 1 point every 30 days.
Please have the one who just activated to open ticket for both parties.
