the referral code xxxxx was for xxxxxx and this was definitely applied during new activation of xxxxxxx. As per Moderator to my referred friend , we were asked to send you request to fix the issue. Please credit the bonus.

If the referral code was added during SIM activation.
The account that used the referral code. The $10 will be applied within 72 hours.
The member that gave the referral code would have received a text or email indicating “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more.” and the 1 point/month will be added a day after the next renewal date.

actually, you don't send the request here, the one who just joined need to submit a ticket with PM support
