got a text message saying my subscription was on hold due to an unresolved issue with your payment. I've looked in the app and the web but everything looks ok. calling *611 just gets the automation. what do i do?

Like everyone here says, just ignore it as there's an issue with the system. However, if your phone still works past the day cycle ends, then it was clearly an error. Open your wallet, check your credit card date. If it's about to expire, there may lie the issue. If it doesn't expire for some time, then please safely ignore the text.

is this a renewal issue ? I see several similar complaints today. I didn't know it was related to renewal process.

a common problem today...just ignore as long as your cell service is still working properly.

If your renewal date is tomorrow and if you still have service…just ignore the message.
Everyone gets this message during the renewal for next month is completed.
