Hi all,
As the title says every time I try to make a call or text someone I get a message saying I am not registered to a network.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 and my account is up to date. No issues before this.
I've tried rebooting, turning VoLTE off and on, and using 3g only to no avail. Super frustrating. Any help appreciated.

First check if your account is active
if it is, ask PM to check. It could be a fault sim, if so, you will have to buy a new sim card
to ask PM to check, Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

did you try your sim card on another phone?
and does data work?
did you login My Account and check the account status? Please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to avoid browser cache problem

for reference...did you just activate a new acct ? Did you port from old provider to new PM acct ?
