I signed up for a $30 plan and registered eSim and activated the account but I didn't get to add the promo code RTGTPSMC.
How do I contact customer service to get the promo code activated now? The account is new and just activated as of a few minutes ago but it doesn't show the promo code being put to the account.

watch the little envelop icon on top right side will be highlighted when they respond to you. (Might be morning before they respond now)

use this link to start the process of Customer Support help. Give them as much account info as you can...ie: ph #, acct #, name on acct...etc...
