I am trying to get a live agent to find out if the black friday deal will actually lower my subscription or if I will pay double the first month of change. Subscription was due on nov 24 and new cycle started today. So will I be charged for old one that restarted yesterday or will new black friday one begin and kick back a $6 credit for the first month?

@as_is , you can send a private message to CS_Agent & ask if they will make an exception for you but I don’t know if they will.

Yes aware of that! Just a day behind in my head and thought I was at end of cycle not beginning new one till tomorrow hahaha. Now keep getting error codes and can't access account to do anything with it!

No refunds. It warned you when you changed the plan, and provided an option to change it at next renewal (automatically) instead.

Hey @as_is
When you change to the new plan you want, have it start for the renewal date. Not now. If you do it now, you will lose what you've already paid. When you pick renewal date, it will start then and you won't lose a penny!

@as_is , Public Mobile is prepaid & if you switch plans before your subscription ends you will pay full price for the new plan! There’s no proration, meaning no refunds for any unused time left of your previous plan!
