July 14 1 gig of data was purchased the next day the account rolled over for another period
There should have been 2 gigs of data to start the July 15 cycle
the account shows .5 of a gig used (data usage shows 100.98 Mb used)
account should show 1899.04 left

Another possibility may be that data doesn’t roll over anymore.. the addon was purchased the day before a new 30 day cycle if I read it correctly.. ?

Did you click that spinner icon to the right shown in the image earlier?
So you have plan data the renews each payment. Maybe you ran out. So you seem to have bought an add-on. What are the chances it also ran out? When add-on data runs out then it disappears. Then your plan renews. You see the counter reset on the left. If that data add-on stayed around then the days will continue to count down. It could count down before you might want to use it again.
Do you see the purchase shown in your payment history from here? Or do you show at least $15 in your balance.

@Flojopeters the usage you see on Overview page is live updated usage
The Usage log you see is around 12 hours behind as the usage log cannot constantly being updated. it only updates twice a day. So, if you turn off data now till tomorrow morning, you should see usage log added to 500 Mb tomorrow, matching what you see on Overview page

make sure you login My Account using Incgonito mode to avoid confusion from cached info
Can you login. My account again using Incognito mode and post us screenshot?
And where you see you used only 100Mb data? If on the phone, you have updated the Start billing cycle on date to match your current cycle start date (July 15) ??
