I am experiencing the same issue with my add on for the US . I am presently in the US , and my US talk, text, data bundle will not load to my account despite paying for it from available funds 2 days ago. Do you know how I can contact a moderator for help with this issue? I am traveling by vehicle back to Canada and need to have this add on working.

As a follow up, my existing US data/talk bundle which was at 00/15 was removed and I was able to apply the funds to a new plan. I'm not sure if the moderators removed the old plan or it just passed 12:00AM ET so it was removed as expected.  In either case, it now works for me.

I'm having the same issue.  I've paid for a US text/talk/data bundle and it won't load into my account.  At least it doesn't use up the funds but I am unable to add the plan to call home. 

I've filed a request with the moderators.

did you try to turn on Mobile data and connect to either T-Mobile or AT&T and see if roaming works?  If not then open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Can you please provide a link for me to contact a moderator ? I am experiencing the same issue as the original poster of this subject. Paid for US bundle and it’s not loading to my account. Using an iphone11 and in the US presently. Please help!
