I am experiencing the same issue with my add on for the US . I am presently in the US , and my US talk, text, data bundle will not load to my account despite paying for it from available funds 2 days ago. Do you know how I can contact a moderator for help with this issue? I am traveling by vehicle back to Canada and need to have this add on working.

did you try to turn on Mobile data and connect to either T-Mobile or AT&T and see if roaming works? If not then open ticket with PM support:

Can you please provide a link for me to contact a moderator ? I am experiencing the same issue as the original poster of this subject. Paid for US bundle and it’s not loading to my account. Using an iphone11 and in the US presently. Please help!
