YES and NO.
NO as in you can not sign up for Public Mobile with a prepaid credit card.
YES as in when you use a real credit card under your name and address, you can then after sign up or after the first payment has gone through your regular credit card, you CAN use prepaid credit cards.
However, you should look at the price difference in fees when it comes to prepaid credit cards and vouchers which can be picked up at places like Shoppers Drug Mart. Which would be cheaper? I don't know as I haven't the need for them. But do your research first and see which is cheaper and judge it from there.
