hi @rose_rose any number ported out, the account would be closed immediately and hence you cannot login My Account anymore. With account closed, PM won't change you again. Just monitor your credit card in case

hi @rose_rose if ported out, account would have been closed and hence cannot login. It is ok , PM won't charge you again

if you cannot get 2fa code, click Didnt Receive Code? and then Send email
if still not logging , submit ticket with agent here
