I started to number transfer but then it messed up. I am unable to complete it now. Please help

To confirm, you started the transfer on... phone or PC? Website or App? If it messed up on the PC then go into your browser settings, clear the cache, history and cookies. Then close and reopen browser and try again. Let us know if it works.
