This is agonizing ! I want to port 705 xxx xxxx from Koodo to Public. I have the new sim card in the cell and the previous one out

@sterj How long is it since you replied Yes to the Koodo permission to port text? BTW click on the v in a circle and edited out your phone number, this is a public forum so anyone on the internet can see it. If it's less than 5 hours since you replied yes, is your Koodo sim still working? Once it stops working you can insert the Public Mobile physical sim and restart the phone. Or is this with esim?

@sterj Is your Koodo post paid ? Or Koodo pre paid if post paid you need to leave Koodo sim in the phone and ensure it’s still active and download the PM app to activate PM SIM card once you pay you can then transfer number from Koodo leaving Koodo sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port number to PM . If koodo
pre paid you need to activate PM SIM card in the app picking temp PM phone number then get support to transfer number from Koodo to PM for you
