I need to change the payment method, but I can't log in to the account.

hi @rose_rose 18554PUBLIC .  if it cannot find your account, that is another confirmation that your account closed and nothing to worry

hi @rose_rose any number ported out, the account would be closed immediately and hence you cannot login My Account anymore.  With account closed, PM won't change you again. Just monitor your credit card in case

I downloaded the app, and they said: get started with public mobile".

I changed the service to a different company, and I just want to stop Public mobile from withdrawing the monthly account.

hi @rose_rose if ported out, account would have been closed and hence cannot login. It is ok , PM won't charge you again

if you cannot get 2fa code, click Didnt Receive Code? and then Send email

if still not logging , submit ticket with agent here

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
