password How do I get my password to be accepted by Public Mobile. I unfortunately have Last Pass

There's nothing unfortunate about using LastPass, it's my personal choice too and works great.  I use it without issue for both the PM community account as well as self-serve account.

@lisatsutton4   Try using this URL in LastPass: 

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Public-Mobile-Community/ct-p/Public_Mobile_Community

 

Then manually add Your Username and Password. 

And give it a name like PM Community to distinguish it from your account and rewards login.

App to save passwords for different log ins works just fine with Public Mobile.

App should 'sense' which page you accessed and offer you your log in credentials.

 

What exactly is your question?
If you forgot pass try forgotten password option. If it does not work, contact agent to reset your pass.

Sometimes changed password will not work right away. Give it 15-20 minutes and try to log in. Do not go and keep changing password every time PM rejects your log in...
