you have eSIM , eSIM is free replacement. Use wifi and login to the app (you can get email to get the 2fa code), and go to Account page to purchase new eSIM. You might need to pay the $5 first but PM will reimburse you

The CS_Agent can give you the PUK for the eSIM. Since it is Christmas, staff may not get back to you but put in a ticket with an agent.

SIM are very tough so I don’t think there is anything wrong with the SIM unless you scratched the copper contacts.
If your service isn’t working. Check to see if there is an outage in your area.
