Started to activate SIM Card - but browser frozen - closed to restart - but now it says the sim card is reserved for a transaction - will it eventually clear - as I never got passed the choose a number page...... or is my card toast?

@tabscott, the locked out SIM number will eventually be released by the system. While you wait for the moderators, you can try again after an hour or two.

@tabscott, my read of the situation is that you may have hit a point of no return when your browser froze. You will need to contact the moderator team to repair/complete the rest of the activation.
