I already paid but it’s saying I need to pay to restore my service. I am not going to pay twice. How do I fix this and restore my service?

did you reboot the phone? the extra reboot could be the last thing you need to do

can you login to My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser , check if the Available Fund still holding up the fund?
check payment history to see if it recorded that
