Hi

My subscruption was renewed on October 25th and I changed my plan on the next day..

So I was charged on October 25th and 26th with two different plans..

I am wondering if you guys give me overchrged amount on my credit.

I read the warning you coudln't give a refund and that's why I am asking you to give me credit instead.

Thank you in advance.

I'm pretty sure I would not make mistake to push change now button when changing a plan.

Thank you for letting me know what made this happen.. and for your time as well.

HI @encho that is normal if you use Change Now option during plan change.  You should have used Change On Renewal and have the plan change later

Agent might or might not help, it really case by case, but still submit a ticket with them and ask nicely, tell them you don't know the  change buttons difference.  Please use this link to submit ticket:
