number has ported to PM - want to use physical SIM (not eSim) - could agent please call me ?

when I go in to the PM app it keeps trying to install an eSim on my iphone. 

I don't want an eSim installed. 

I have a physical sim card from PM that I want to use. 

How should I proceed ?

From your previous post, you had a porting issue yesterday.  

Likely your account was not set up properly before you fixed your porting issue.

You will need to contact customer service agent.

No phone number to call.  Just the private messaging system.  It usually will take a few hours for CSA to respond.

@dxfinlayson   Could you have accidentally selected esim when you were activating?  Either way you can contact customer service using this link

Hey @dxfinlayson 

During the sign up, it will give you a chance to take a picture of the bar code on the SIM card. Try that. That is how I signed up my neighbor.
