I am trying to get into my account - I forgot what email address I used and it is sending the verification to the email which I can't access, I need to get in asap to pay my bill, I am getting no where with the chat box, I can't open a ticket

if you need to pay now, get a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart and then you can load the voucher by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC
but if you want to login My Account, you will have to message support with the link above

@Camille71, the link below will ask for your mobile number and will send an email to your account. If your phone has email notifications turned on you should see a new message arrive

If you cannot log in to your account you have to open a Ticket so agent can help you out.
In chatbox type 'ticket' and follow prompts, answer questions until you are presented with a link to open a Ticket.
You can modify where 2FA goes and select to receive it by SMS to your phone.
