My August 21 payment went through my account twice! Is there a way to talk to someone this is a hard to use site @ Public mobile

@DavePsikla, where are you seeing it show up twice, through the Public Mobile payment history page or in your credit card website? Best place to confirm would be through the PM payment history as credit card companies often show pending charges and then the confirmed charges which seems like multiple payments, but after a few days the pending charge should be removed

Do you see extra funds on your account? IF yes then leave them there as they will used for the next renewal.
If you see your card charged twice then OPEN A TICKET. Do NOT send private email to agents as suggested as you will be waiting forever for their answer. TICKET is the ONLY correct way to ask for agent's assistance and ONLY if ticketing does not work then private message is allowed.

@DavePsikla unfortunately, there is no live telephone it's all online.
If you made two payments, the extra will remain until next payment date and reduce your next payment.
You can submit a ticket through the chatbot and ask for it back, but the likely will just let you know it stays as a credit for the future usage.
