cant process add on payment

getting error mesaage that payment cant be processed trylater for a week now and i cant buy add ons

@zev  Can also try doing it with the app , if your haven’t already and if you have clear app cache or uninstall the app and reinstall it and try again

on your laptop, try with a different web browser and clear cache files...then try again.

added...if all else fails, click on the chat bubble, lower right side of the page to start the process. Give them your acct #, ph #, name on acct, PM pin #.
