HI @1234tyui 

your phone service works? and did you request porting your number?  maybe the number sent to the old carrier sim card if the porting was not done.  Put the old sim card back and test

or you can also tried the old sim and you think the port is completed, make sure you remove the old sim card or disable the old carrier esim.
