There is not enough information in your post to get help here. You need to provide some details such as the exact sequence of events leading to your problem. How long have you had no service before buying the voucher? What did you do after buying the voucher? Did you apply and redeem it? Did you manually make a payment from available funds?

how you load the voucher? *611 or the browser?
try to reboot the phone and see if you have service
if still no service, login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser, then check if the voucher amount just showing as Available Funds. If you see it there, then the amount was just loaded as a credit and not being used for renewal.
