NEW VISA CARD INGO

I have submitted my new visa card number as my visa had expired.  I sent the information and yet they continue to ask me for my new visa card number...why...

@Toune1 if you go into the PM app on your phone go to the "Payment" tab, there you can see the last 4 digits of your credit card that is on file. If you are not seeing the correct digits try updating it again but using either the PM website or the app

you can do all these yourself

Login My Account, go to Payment , click Manage Subscription and you can update the card there
