Not getting any answers from Public Mobile about transferring my number to Fizz

Every ticket I make doesn't go through. I just need them to transfer my number so I can be done with this. No matter which VISA Debit card or Wealthsimple card I try to add, they don't work despite my current card on file being a VISA debit.

You need to contact FIZZ to have them resend the confirmation text to PM.

You need to reply with YES to the text confirming you are porting over to Fizz within 90 minutes with the PM SIM in your phone.

Also your PM account must be active before porting out to Fizz.
