My Samsung s10 is not able to currently send or receive voice or text calls. I have restarted my phone and removed and reinserted my sim card.  Please help.

emails not sending thru data but does thru wifi My account is autopay and was working earlier today.

do you know if data works? did you login My Account and confirm if the account is active? 

try reboot the phone or try your sim card in another phone

and it might be a local outage., try to use the phone in anther ared.
