no calls but texts work

Cannot seem to receive or call out. Text message works but not calls. It either rings busy or call failed. Tried resetting the phone. place sim in other unlocked phone same results

try to change the network to 3G Only and see if voice working again.

it could be just the long wekend and they respond slower than usual, please message them again for update

 

if you open ticket via Chatbot, you should have a copy of the ticket in your Community sent box.   Please use that to reply CS agent for update

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

I'm having the exact same issue. I've tried all the recommendations that SIMon suggested, put a ticket in a few days ago with customer services, but still haven't heard anything nor has their been a change. Super frustrating. 

Hi @JS2026 start with changing the network.

 

if that does not work, pleas submit ticket with PM agent 

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Hi @JS2026 then it will be Network problem. outbound calls ok?? try to change the network to 3G only or WCDMA only and it could work.

hi @JS2026 is the "text" just IMessage?

 

did you just activated and ported in your number?  maybe you didn't reply YES to approve the porting and porting not completed?? Call the porting support team and confirm. Please check the Community inbox, I will send you the number there
