 @JMAlbert : Then I think BKNS27 is close. Is this a Samsung phone? If so then the phone seems to be locked to a provider. They have an excellent online chat to get a code to unlock it.

What does your phone indicate?
Are you using a Samsung phone? If you are, you need to contact Samsung.

If it ask for a PIN for the SIM, try 1234. If that fails, contact a CS_Agent for the PIN.

Contact PM support for setting up an PIN by creating a ticket via chatbot or by sending a direct msg to CS_Agent.

PM SIMs do not ship in a locked state so there is usually no PIN. You can choose to set a PIN and lock your SIM yourself on your phone. If you attempt to use the wrong PIN (set by yourself) too many times to try to unlock your SIM, you will then need a PUK. PM can provide this PUK if you contact them as has been stated above.

if you do not have a pin number, contact CS_agent and provide them with the following to authenticate yourself. 

• Email address
• Last 4 digits from the credit/debit card on file
• Last payment amount and date
• Public Mobile account number

If you need a PIN number to unlock the PIN, you wouldn't be able to use the PM service as the phone will ask you for SIM pin before it will try to connect to PM network.

PM SIM usually come without the need of SIM PIN.  Some people tries 1234, but again, usually the SIM is not lock unless you add a SIM PIN yourself

What exact error message showing?
