I can not log into my account. It asks to send me an email but I can not get into email. I was able to cancel uorred sing a moderator but have decided I need to order a new card and reactivate. How can i do this?

The Public Mobile online store isn't the same login as your Self Serve account. Signing in isn't necessary to order a SIM card. There is a guest checkout option.

Are you currently suspended? The easiest way to reactivate your account will be to purchase a pm voucher and it via 611. Then you can log in by having the 2FA verification text sent by SMS to your phone. Once logged in you can disable 2FA on your profile page. Here is info on pm vouchers and alternative methods of payment....

hi @jhancock if you need a new sim card, do mot order from PM, cam take couple weeks. Get it from Telus or Koodo stores in your area
To login to My Account, Open ticket with CS agent:
if you want, you can open ticket with PM CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click the the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
