my wife can't receive calls or text so she can't connect to her account al day.

Can't get support either...help....about to complaint formally

@Zevenmore   The way to get support was given to you at the beginning of the thread by @Handy1 , that is to send a private message to customer support using the link given.  This does not require being logged in to the phone account, it only requires being logged in to this community, which you are.  

How long has your wife been a PM customer?  I know you have said you are a long-time customer but is there any chance she subscribed more recently?

Edited to add - the Trusted Device option doesn't work if a browser history/cache/cookies are cleared on exit because that removes the ability of the system to remember your log in.  I don't do that and Trusted Device works fine for me.

Well a complaint from her somewhere for sure. Since she cant receive text, she cant login to her account to get support and the only phone # for PM doesn't handle ptoblems!!! So it's a no service situation without any way to get support.....while the payments are still going on!

The CRTC should not be contacted as the CRTC does not handle common complaints betwen customer and carrier.  It's the CCTS that handles those.

what phone does she have?  

You are on PM too, you have the same incoming call problem?

for submit ticket, she doesn't have to login My Account.  Just login Community and she can use the link to send CS agent a message to submit the ticket.   Please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

well...her mother is in health care and if she calls, she won,t know it! What a service...i guest that what u get for paying less.... how is it that i can,t get help? 

 

She can,t get calls and text so then she can,t get into her acclount to get support becaiuse each time she tries to get into her account che alsways get the same message about a trusted device that che cjeck each time but she still get an annoying code each time to get in but now she can,t get that stupid code because she can't receive messages because che can't get support and son on, so on, so on....

it's not the first time and it's not the phone....either.

You said she cannot receive calls?  did she try her sim card in your phone?

or you tried your PM sim card in her phone as well? just want to make sure it is not a phone problem

Also, try to change the network to 3G only and check if calls are coming

 Trust me, those complains won't help you much, it is always faster to work with Support agent to get things resolved. 

you just posted this 30 mins ago, you have tried to submit ticket with PM support agent yet?  Put in one now, you might have a reply today or tomorrow morning, and before noon, your wife issue will be all resolved
