my wife can't receive calls or text so she can't connect to her account al day.Can't get support either...help....about to complaint formally
Cant access my account, web or app.I get forbidden a1 message....and at each login i get a code even if i click this is a trusted device!
Je ne peux pas accéder mon compte, jai le message forbidden a1.En plus je reçois un texto avec un code malgré avoir plusieurs fois coché this is a trusted device.Idem avec l'application ou mon  problème a commencé. 
Hi.I have a basic plan with rewards like 2$/month because i autopay per exemple. If i upgrade, will i lose these rewards and get the points instead?
