Make sure you keep your sign in info in safe place, however if this isn't due to wrong password etc and keeps happing open a ticket with customer service to see if you can get to the root of the issue

What did you do to lock your account?

Entered wrong password too many times?

The account might be only temporarily locked for an hour due to too many (5) attempts. You might want to wait an hour and try again.

If unable to login still, try to Reset the password by using the Forgot Password link.  But you will need to enter the email address and answer the security question to reset the password

 

If that doesn't work, then open a ticket with PM CS Agent and they will help:

To open a ticket with PM Support. Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Wait 50 minutes, clear your cache and cookies, open an incognito tab, then try again
