Try login with Private or Incognito mode and see if it sees it. See if Available Fund holds the money. Or see if Payment History confirms the voucher was taken

Try adding the voucher by calling 611, instead.

i have tried to put two different vouchers on. they dont even show up in the history

Hi @BirdieMoose where and when you got the voucher? it might take 24 hours or even 48 hours for some vouchers to become active
